Physiotherapy and massage for Toronto Police Association members

Partner clinic · Toronto Police Association
Advanced Physio Plus is a partner clinic of the Toronto Police Association. TPA members, and the people they live with, are treated at a reduced rate at our Mississauga clinic.
Policing is hard on the body in ways that accumulate quietly — a duty belt and vest loading the lower back through a long shift, hours in a cruiser, and the occasional moment where everything goes at once. Most of what we see from this work starts small and gets worked around. A member rate is meant to take the cost question out of dealing with it early.
Who the rate covers
Toronto Police Association members and their family members. Mention your TPA membership when you book — that is all we need.
What we treat most
- Lower back pain and sciatica
- Neck pain and the headaches that follow it
- Shoulder and rotator cuff injuries
- Knee pain
- Recovery after surgery
- Motor vehicle accident and other injury recovery
How it works
Four steps

Book, and say you are with the TPA
Book online or call the clinic at 647-998-4727. Tell us you are a Toronto Police Association member, or the family member of one, and the member rate is applied for you. There is nothing to claim or submit beyond saying so.

Get assessed by a registered physiotherapist
Every new patient is assessed by Nikolay Zagrebailov, Registered Physiotherapist. He examines the injury and how you move, then writes the plan of care — what is being treated, what you will work on, and how it progresses.
Treatment at the member rate
One-hour physiotherapy sessions and one-hour massage therapy sessions at our Skymark clinic. Evening appointments on weeknights and hours on the weekend, so treatment fits around shift work.
We bill your plan directly
We direct bill most extended health plans, so you pay only the portion your plan does not cover. The member rate is the fee we submit, which makes your annual maximum go further.
Rates, coverage and location
The TPA member rate
- Physiotherapy, 60 minutes — $85 (standard fee $100)
- Massage therapy, 60 minutes — $85 plus HST (standard fee $100 plus HST)
15% off our one-hour services, offered to Toronto Police Association members and their family members. Massage therapy is HST-taxable in Ontario; physiotherapy is not. Other appointment lengths and the initial assessment are charged at our standard rates.
Coverage and direct billing
We direct bill most extended health plans, so you pay only the portion your plan does not cover. The member rate is the fee submitted to the insurer, so an annual maximum stretches further than it would at the standard fee. No physician referral is needed to book a physiotherapy assessment in Ontario, though some plans ask for one before reimbursing — worth checking yours.
Where to find us
2600 Skymark Avenue, Building 3, Unit 102, Mississauga — inside the Airport Corporate Centre, with free parking on site and transit at the Skymark hub.
Evening appointments on weeknights and hours on the weekend.

Questions
Before you book
The questions we get most often from TPA members. If yours is not here, call the clinic at 647-998-4727.
Toronto Police Association members and their family members. Say you are with the TPA when you book — there is no card to show and no form to fill in.
15% off our one-hour physiotherapy and massage therapy sessions. Shorter appointments and the initial assessment are charged at our standard rates, which are published in full on the fees page.
Not to be assessed. Physiotherapy is a direct-access profession in Ontario, so you can book an assessment at any time. Some extended health plans ask for a referral before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your own policy.
Yes, and that is the point. We submit the member rate to your plan, so the same annual maximum covers more sessions than it would at the standard fee. You pay only the portion your plan does not cover.
We have evening appointments on weeknights and hours on the weekend. Tell us your shift pattern when you book and we will find something that fits.
If there is an open WSIB claim, treatment is billed to WSIB rather than at the member rate. Bring your claim number and we will handle the paperwork.
