Fees and Rates
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and apply to both of our locations unless stated otherwise. You will always be told the cost of your appointment before treatment begins.
Physiotherapy is exempt from HST. Massage therapy is subject to 13% HST, which is shown separately below so you can see the full amount you will pay.

Physiotherapy is an exempt health service, so no HST is charged on any of the fees above.
Rates at Battle Arts Academy reflect the training facility and equipment available on site. Extended health plans reimburse physiotherapy the same way at both locations, and rates for motor vehicle accident and WSIB claims are set by regulation rather than by location.
Massage therapy
Massage therapy is available at our Skymark Avenue location.

Massage therapy is not an HST-exempt service in Ontario, so 13% HST applies. The right-hand column is the amount you will actually pay.
Insurance and payment
- We bill most extended health insurers directly, so in many cases you pay only the portion your plan does not cover.
- Motor vehicle accident and WSIB claims are billed to the insurer at the rates set by regulation.
- If your plan does not cover the full amount, the balance is due at the time of your visit.

Physiotherapy assessments and one-on-one rehabilitation in a treatment room inside the gym, on Tuesdays. You do not need to be a member of the gym to book.
