Background
Rajan began his career at LPS Athletic, a private training facility in Toronto, working with amateur and professional athletes. He then moved to Wichita, Kansas, where he was responsible for the physical preparation of more than 200 athletes across six men's and women's programs at Newman University, an NCAA Division II school. There he managed return-to-play progressions and built the training that kept athletes performing through a full competitive season. He went on to join the Athletic Performance Department with the University of Texas football program.
That background shapes how he works with patients. Return-to-play is not a single moment but a series of progressions - and the discipline of knowing when an athlete is ready for the next one translates directly to rehabilitation. Rajan applies the same structure whether someone is returning to competition or simply returning to a life without pain.
In his own words: whether you are hoping to live pain-free or play your sport professionally, his goal is to help you get there.
