Evgeniia Arasim is a Physiotherapist Assistant and a personal trainer with more than ten years of coaching experience. She has worked with competitive athletes, active adults, seniors, and people living with disability or long-term conditions.
At Advanced Physio Plus, Evgeniia delivers the assigned components of treatment plans under the supervision and direction of our Registered Physiotherapist, Nikolay Zagrebailov, who assesses each client, writes the plan of care, and decides how it progresses. She works with clients at our Battle Arts Academy location.
She came to this work through competitive sport, first as an athlete and then as a coach. That background gives her a practical feel for how training loads build, how progress is paced, and what it takes to return to activity without going backwards.

Experience
Across more than a decade as a personal trainer, Evgeniia has worked with a wide range of clients, including people living with multiple sclerosis and people rebuilding strength and confidence after a stroke or a cardiac event. That experience shapes how she paces a session and how closely she watches for a client's response to it.
Approach
What sets Evgeniia apart is that she listens. She takes the time to understand a client's goals, limitations and concerns, then finds an approach that is both effective and realistic for that person. Her manner is patient and encouraging, and she believes every client deserves to feel seen, heard and respected throughout their recovery.
